BetterTalk's solution-focused therapy for students offers both psychological support and, if you want it, coursework-related coaching. 

A 2023 TAB/CALM study* of 4,000 UK university students found that most had some mental health issues. Your university will offer you free mental health support. But over half of the students surveyed didn't want to share their concerns with their university, while 65% who had were not happy with the help they received. 

You may not yet have tried your university support services, you may not want to, or perhaps you have, but want additional help. And being on a budget, you're hoping to find cheap therapy. OUR LOW COSTS:

We offer affordable online therapy designed just for students. When you book a block of four sessions, we charge just £25/session -- total £100, saving you £40. For a one-off session, we charge £35. 

You can use your block of sessions when you choose within 12 months,  to see your counsellor intensely, or have the reassurance of being able to get immediate support for your uni life when you need it.** 

The unwaged and those on health benefits pay £25/session (minimum 2 sessions, payable in advance).
